If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
These Terms apply to the public website and general online content. Therapy services, school district services, camps, employment, billing, and other programs may also be governed by separate contracts, consent forms, registration terms, policies, or notices. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that service.
1. About TheraWide®
TheraWide® provides speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, school district support, private-pay services, camps, and related programs.
The website is designed to help school districts, families, professionals, and other visitors learn about TheraWide® and contact us.
2. Website information is general information
Information on the public website is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Website content does not create a therapist-patient relationship, therapist-student relationship, school district contract, or other professional relationship by itself.
A professional relationship begins only after the required intake, consent, contract, registration, or other service process has been completed.
3. This website is not for emergencies
Do not use the website, contact forms, email, portal messages, or other non-emergency communication tools for an emergency.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical or mental health help, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.
TheraWide® does not guarantee that website messages or emails will be reviewed immediately.
4. Therapy information is not a diagnosis or treatment plan
Articles, FAQs, handouts, examples, videos, and other public website content may discuss speech, language, motor, participation, learning, or developmental topics.
This information is not a diagnosis, evaluation, treatment plan, or substitute for individualized professional care.
Each child, student, family, and school situation is different. Decisions about therapy should be based on the individual’s needs, applicable professional standards, and any required school or health care process.
5. School district services
Information on the website about school-based speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, staffing support, virtual services, caseload support, or related services is general information.
A school district relationship is governed by the final written agreement between the district and TheraWide®, including any required privacy, security, student data, insurance, service, and compliance terms.
Do not send student names, IEPs, evaluations, medical records, or other protected student information through a general website form unless TheraWide® and the district have approved that method for secure transmission.
6. Private-pay therapy
Private-pay therapy services may require intake forms, consent forms, financial policies, privacy notices, teletherapy consent, and other service-specific documents.
Availability, eligibility, scheduling, fees, payment terms, cancellation rules, and refund rules are determined by the service documents in effect at the time services are arranged.
Website descriptions and prices, if shown, may be updated and do not override a signed agreement or confirmed service terms.
7. Camps and programs
Camps and other programs may have separate registration requirements, eligibility rules, schedules, fees, cancellation rules, safety requirements, and participation terms.
Registration is not complete until the required registration steps and payment requirements, if any, are completed.
Program details may change because of staffing, enrollment, safety needs, facility availability, weather, or other reasonable operational reasons.

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting TheraWide®.
Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Submitting a form does not guarantee that TheraWide® can accept a referral, provide a requested service, meet a requested start date, or enter into a contract.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share.
Student images, therapy information, and other protected information will not be used publicly without any permission required by law or contract.

Submitting an application or inquiry does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an interview, offer, assignment, schedule, or minimum amount of work.
