  • What is telehealth?

Telehealth is live, internet-based, one-on-one video conferencing using a secure platform to provide expert, affordable therapy services to you and others in the community. Set the schedule around your availability and receive therapy services in the convenience and comfort of your own home.

  • What are the benefits of using telehealth for therapy services?

Telehealth delivers amazing therapy in the comfort of your own home. It’s much more time efficient, less costly, and can be arranged around your schedule!

  • Are we HIPPA compliant?

Yes, our live video conferencing platform is highly secure and patient information is protected. We are also COPPA compliant. Our therapists are held to the highest standard for ethical and secure practices, as they are with face-to-face therapy services.

  • Do I need any special equipment?

Our platform is cloud-based and does not require any downloads for your computer. However, if you opt to use your cell phone for sessions you will be prompted to download a free app for secure videoconferencing. We are compatible with Mac and Window devices including cell phones, laptops, and computers. You must have a webcam and audio access. Headphones are optional.

  • Does my insurance cover this?

At this time we are out-of-network for insurance. Our therapy services will be rendered as private pay through our secure payment processor.

  • How long do sessions normally last?

After the initial free live chat consultation, you will have an in-depth one-hour evaluation completed with your assigned therapist. On average most follow-up sessions will be 30-45 minutes; however, it will vary depending on need and your plan of care.

  • How many sessions do I need?

The amount of sessions is unique to each person depending on the diagnosis, plan of care, and what you and your therapist decide is best. We recommended one to two sessions per week for best results.
